Polyamide (nylon) Nets

The most popular nets in Aquaculture because of the above specs. They are also used in mussel farming, mooring lines and safety nets. They can be UV treated thanks to their high capacity for absorbing resins. Their mesh types can be diagonal, hexagonal and superknot. There are optional colours on demand.
Polyester Nets

Polyester fibers are used because of their high tenacity and high UV resistance in Tuna farming and purse seiners. This fiber has a low elongation so meshes have consistency. Meshes could be diagonal, hexagonal and superknot, they are also offered in black if requested.

These nets are used as bird nets on the cages because of their light weight, high tenacity and floatability.

They are popular as predator nets, bird nets and especially trawling. They have no water absorption and they have high resistance against abrasion.

Dyneema ( UHMWPE) Nets

UHMWPE fibers are basicly produced by polyethylene. By means of the high molecular structure it is known as superfiber with its breaking strenght 15 times stronger than steel at the same weight in comparison. Especially, cage nets for Seabream and Cod farming are made by Dyneema nets.
Its lightweight , low elongation and high UV resistantance and highest breaking strength are the main aspects against predators.
